For events, the earlier the booking is made, the better. It all depends on the number of people, the length and volume of the event. The minimum time could be a month, but I would recommend starting as early as possible. For larger events, even three months or more. The longer the lead time, the higher the probability of getting the desired date. There are definitely exceptions if the calendar is free and we can help you even at the last minute. We always do our best. For smaller daytime events of up to 30 people, there is a higher probability that we can help you with a shorter notice period of 2-3 working days.

Yes, we certainly accommodate such things. We always consider people's wishes whenever possible. For example, we can create a menu or make products for you that are lactose or gluten-free. We have also accommodated requests where a specific ingredient is not wanted, such as not wanting onions or peppers in a salad. It's always worth asking and exploring.

If necessary, we also send certain products to parcel terminals. Unfortunately, due to food spoilage, this is not possible for many products, but there are items we can send. For orders exceeding 60 €, shipping costs are not added.

Yes, a placed order can be cancelled 48 hours before the order fulfillment time and a full refund received. If the order is cancelled less than 48 hours before the order fulfillment time, the paid money is non-refundable.

It is possible to pick up goods on-site by prior arrangement. As a café, we are specifically open in August during the Halliste region home café days.
